Loved the video. Just another indication that real estate is local, hugh?
And once again, over construction seems to have been the culprit in each of the sub prime areas around the country.

Gena - Glad you liked it! Real estate is local, funny though…in Los Angeles, ‘local’ means something different to everyone, and the city accommodates.
