That’s what our client, Las Vegas businessman Nick Santucci, is doing with his Mulholland house. Santucci says of his pad, “There’s a very hip, Viceroy Hotel vibe.” Recently, Angelino Magazine ran an article describing the house by saying, “…the entry features a motorcycle hovering over a pond, while a boat floats in the pool. The interior public space - all gleaming white floors with Atomic space-age furnishings - is designed around a bar and conversation groupings. Plus, there’s a private hot tub room, tanning bed, theater, and outdoor bar.” Not long ago, the house was the location for a Kelly Rowland video shoot.
