There is plenty of money available for people who can come up with the down payment and show they have the ability to repay their loan. There are also different loan packages that can accommodate those who need a little extra help because of personal circumstances such as self-employment. Loan packages include wrap around loans, seller carry-back loans, ect. This is a great time to buy!
