- Buy when interest rates are low.

You never know what sells a house - whether it’s location, size, neighborhood, floor plan, the way the sun hits the center of the yard at 4:00pm…who knows???? Could St. Joseph have some influence on how fast your home is sold? Some would believe…yes.
Personally, I’d be tempted to try to put the little guy upside down, near the “For Sale” sign in the front yard - apparently he works harder to get the house sold in that position.
